What we collect
Order details: your name, email, billing and shipping address, phone number and what you bought. Personalised orders: the photos, names and notes you send us. Payment card data is entered on our bank's secure page; we never receive your full card number.
On this website: a shopping-bag cookie, your currency choice, and your favourites and recently viewed items stored in your own browser. We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you (page, referrer, country and device type only). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
To take payment, make and deliver your order, send order emails, answer your messages and meet our legal and tax obligations. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we email you about new artwork; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the shop: our bank and payment processor, our print and shipping partners (for physical orders), our email provider, and our website hosting. We do not sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to info@sketchys.net. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have these rights under state law; we will not treat you differently for using them.
Storage and transfers
We keep order records as long as tax law requires and delete personalisation photos once your order is complete, unless you ask us to keep them. Your information may be processed in Türkiye, the United States and the EU by the providers listed above.
Children
This shop is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
