Nothing is shipped. Your files are available right after payment: we email you a download link and they stay in your account.
Personalised digital artwork
Your first proof arrives within the time shown on the product page. After you approve it, the final high-resolution file is delivered by email and in your account.
Physical prints
Prints are made to order by our production partners and currently ship to addresses in the United States and Türkiye. Shipping is free: it is already included in the price you see. Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout and confirmed by email. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Damaged or wrong items
If a print arrives damaged or misprinted, email support@sketchys.net within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We will reprint it or refund you at no cost.
