How long does it take?
Current product pages list 2–4 business days for a bespoke first proof and 1–3 for a pet portrait. Final delivery depends on approval; check the current product delivery details when ordering.
Can I request changes?
The current bespoke and pet portrait products include two minor revision rounds. The scope and current terms are on the relevant product page.
Is it digital or printed?
Personalized pieces are delivered as a print-ready digital file; ask us if you’d like it printed. In the shop, every product page says whether it is a digital download or a print, and prints ship free to the US & Türkiye.
How do I send my photo?
Write your brief on the product page and add it to your bag. After you order, we email you to collect your photos; WhatsApp works too.
